The bill (Reg. No. 2004) aimed at improving norms of current legislation of Ukraine regarding minimum requirements for age, experience and level of professional competence of persons applying for positions in legislative and executive power, as well as law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine. The Committee members deem the introduction of qualification requirements and age restrictions for several positions or certain types of work at the legislative level corresponds to the Fundamental Law of Ukraine.
